There comes a time when you have to stop allowing worry, fear, past experiences, and present circumstances to keep you stuck. In “It’s Time for You to Move,” we are reminded through the man at the Pool of Bethesda that God has not called us to remain comfortable in places of stagnation.
After 38 years of being unable to move, Jesus challenged the man with a simple question: “Do you want to be made whole?” His breakthrough required him to move beyond his excuses, respond in faith, get up, take up his mat, and walk.
This message encourages us to trade worry for prayer, stop allowing our present circumstances to determine our future, and trust God enough to make the next move. When God says move, faith requires action.
